Has Your primary Care Doctor not put you on any medications? It really seems that you should be on something by now. I recently was just diagnosed with panic disorder and I was suffering for about 4 weeks when I said forget this I need to see what's going on. I had all the classic terrible panic attack symptoms. I was at ER even after I got diagnosed and started on med. I received 3 diagnosis of panic disorder. I was seeing one doc and he wasn't responding to my messages about side effects so i switched to my moms doctor whom is very very good and he put me on fluoxetine (prozac) 10 mg. Yes, im having side effects, and yes the anxiety gets worse when you first start these antidepressants but they don't last forever. I would def consider talking with your doctor about starting something. I'm only on day 13 and have had about 4 good days. But I need to get back to feeling myself. I don't want to be stuck at home after work and not go shopping or having to depend on my husband or family to always drive me around. YOu have to get control of this now. Especially for your kids!

There's gotta be some kind of specialist that you can see to regulate this. I would def make another appt with doctor if you haven't yet. There's something they can do!!

If medication hasn't helped in the past, I think finding a good therapist should be your next move.

It sounds like every day of your life is ruled by this terrible anxiety - that's awful for you. Please get some help and keep posting so that we can continue to support you. Love Tess
