wierd symptoms help

Ive been having so many wierd symptoms

my vagina area between anus has been burning see pic for 2 weeks id say and for 1 week swollen glands in throat wierd tingling throughout entire left side of body leg arm neck even itchy eye i had clear mouth sores show up and disappear in a few hours

itchy buttocks on and off i had a bunch if red dots show up on side skin of vagina and also disappear same day no sores or lesions yet trying to get diagnosed not easy without sores present image

    Skin rash or irritation. Some over the counter cream with 0.5 or 1.0% hydro-cortisone should probably heal that up pretty fast. You'll know by the 2nd or 3rd day (at most) if it's helping or not.

      ive tryed cream like monistat for a few days its healed up a few red bumps like from razor burn but its all the symptoms together that worry me i dont know how long prodrome symptoms last but its been since last monday
