Wind pain

I'm 10 days post op and have suffered chronic wind pain since day 2. Any ideas what's best to relieve it and how long it might last please?

Hi Donna, I'm 8 weeks post op and still have it. I've started taking charcoal tablets they are supposed to help. Google them. Also peppermint tea is good. A friend said windeez are good but haven't tried them. Good luck, it will get easier X

I found peppermint capsules to be brilliant. Never had wind pain again after taking them religiously from day 1 post op. Took them for about two weeks just to be sure

    Hi Donna

You need oil of peppermint, two or three drops in a glass of water a few times a day and you should be sorted hopefully.
