    Hi Angie

Who has advised you to reduce them? and why?

How are you feeling on 40mg?

Angie, I am so sorry to hear that, reducing slowly is easier. I dropped 10mg in one go last December and the withdrawals were so hard, I would never do that again or advise anyone to do that. Even so, if you have to reduce for health reasons, then I would take your neurologists advice on how quickly you do this. All the best with this.

Just do it very slow and steady. I did it 5mg at a time and took between 3-4 weeks between decreases. I was at 30mg and now I'm off completely. It took a few months so don't worry how long it takes. I did have something like Xanax to help with any anxiety. You can do it!
