Hi everyone I would like to open a discussion about works attitude to anxiety/depression whether its been good or bad thanks xx

    Yeah was a bit more of a relief now I'll feel better after

    I know the verdict tomorrow, but I feel I am coping much

    Better with it, I think I go through phases of anxiety and

    Difficult ignoring those annoying thoughts, at least you have

    Your husband to speak to regarding it and I hope that helps.

    I haven't told my family about only one if my friends who

    Understands what I'm going through.

    About to see my work about where to go next, think they may terminate my employment :s but we will see, just want to get it over with tbh :s.

    I just got offered the job I went to an interview for on Friday which is great news as I really needed some full time work so I was so relieved and happy when I found out, they want me to go in tomorrow just for a couple of hours to do some training and all of a sudden my anxiety sets in and this does tend to happen when I have new work which always messes me up worry wise, even though I know this is in no way a bad thing, I guess it's that commitment to working full time, I hoping the anxiety will pass as I want to enjoy this not feel panicky n sick sad
