Hey guys, I haven't been on this site for a while

Because I was actually doing good, Thank God but recently I've been starting to feel weird again. Like right now. Due to final exam in college I've been sorta stressed lately so I have a lot on my mind. But out of no where I felt this pressure in my head and I have this lump feeling in my throat which makes me feel like I'm not able to breathe properly. It's so scary and it makes me really worried I just wanna know if you guys think it's just stress and anxiety because it came out of no where for me and I need reassurancerolleyes

Yeah you're right! I just hate that we think we're getting better but then out of no where it just hits you and you're at square one again.

At first I dealt with my anxiety for like 4 months straight and then after that it subsided and comes back ever so often.

I'm going through the same thing. I posted like a week ago I think about all the aniexty and panic attacks I'm having. I believe it's definitely stress. I've been stressing at work and home and it's making me get into a depressed funk. I'm worrying about everything and as soon I get a weird feeling in my head or chest the aniexty starts and I go into a vicious circle. Everyone is right, it does pass, it's just your mind will play tricks on you. You'll pull through like we all do!
