Worried about anal growths

I have developed some growths in my anal opening area which has been worrying me. The growths are not painful, do not bleed and do not produce any discharge - however they can become itchy.

The growths also appear to feel 'dry'.

I am tempted to pull them out but I wondered if these could be something more serious?

Pic included. Apologies in advance for the poor picture quality, this one was the best of countless attempts.

    This looks like genital warts to me !
