Its the ole anxiety at work. Its so annoying at times. A bit of motrin for the headache and some chamomile tea might be nice. The Whole cancer worry thing is over rated. Anxiety attacks arent a pre requisite for it. You do sound like you have little bit of a migrane though from your description. Not cancerous but painful. I hope you feel better. After your motrin and if you have chamomile tea maybe grab a wash cloth and run cold water over it, squeeze out the water and lay it across your forehead and put on some very low background meditation or nature sounds and try to sleep.

Hey there, I know what its like to take symptoms and turn it in a worst case senario disease like cancer. The first thing you need to do is be calm so you can think rationally. You think you have cancer so look at your evidence: headaches and chest pain. These symptoms are common for many things and are not common indicators of cancer. These symptoms are especially common for anxiety. Therefore your evidence isn't good enough. if you feel that the headaches or chest pain is medically related it's best to see your doctor who can easily rule out the scary stuff. Try to stay calm and tell yourself you are ok! I'm pretty positive you are fine.

Every pain I feel I think "cancer"!!!! I used to feel around for lumps. Now I don't because I am afraid I will find something. Just know that you are not alone. I read about health anxiety. It makes Mr feel better.
