Worried about my penis

Hey, I'm Justin and I'm 15
I'm circumstanced and had no sexual activities with someone.
I have a "cave" on the neck of my penis, about 2mm in diameter and I can make it discharge a white-yellow non-lequid stuff
I also have 2 skin deforms next to each other on the shaft under the neck, one of them has 2 smaller caves prob like the first
what's even more worrying is that a litte lump behind the meautus appeared, and then currently light brown spots started appearing on the glans slowly
non of all the mentioned itch, burn or something like that, and I had no penis medical serious issues as long as I can remember
maybe they are related to each other?
is this a sign of a disease or just normal during puberty?
what could I possibly do?
I'm worried

Hello Justin 😊!
Without having seen any pictures, all I suggest in the following is only assumptations, as your description is the only thing that I base my opinion on. First of all you inform us that you're circumcised. Sometimes the circumcision and the healing process leads to complications or a result which includes something called adhesions. Adhesions in circumcised males appears when the foreskin either isn't properly removed or if the wound opens during the healing process and some of the penile skin re-attatches to the edge of your glans. This created either one or more adhesions (or skinbridges if you like to call it that). If two or more adhesions are close to each other it looks like a cave between these, or a little hole. I suggest that the lump that you say that you have behind your meatus is your frenulum or frenulum remnant. The brown spots on your glans that you describe, I would believe has to do with the adhesions. It could be a thin layer of foreskin that wasn't properly removed during the circumcision or which re-attatched during the healing process. None of what I described is dangerous. I know several guys with exactly the same thing. It's something which was there for whole of their lives. When having that said I only base my opinion on your description and if you worry then you should have it checked, but to my opinion this is nothing to worry about. Wishing you good luck 👍
