Worried I might have an oral condition.

hey everyone,

I'm planning on setting up a doctor's appointment for this, but I've been having an issue with my mouth. I'm worried I have like a throat/mouth infection or something, or (and I know this is cliche on the internet) cancer of some sort.

I've got some mild numbness in my tongue, the sides of my throat feel tender and swollen, and the roof of my mouth feels pretty tender as well. There's also blood in my phlegm that I've noticed when I brush my teeth (though this might be related to the fact that my nose bleeds easily. I shined a light in my mouth and noticed patches of white and gray and what look like sores. I have a picture below as well.

I've always had a pretty sensitive mouth so I didn't think much of it at first, but it's really been bothering me the last couple of days.

I'm setting up an appointment tomorrow, but it'd help me a lot if anyone has an idea of what it might be.
