I had sex with my boyfriend 1.5 years ago and then we split (havent been sexually active ever since). I had no symptoms and after going through some articles that say some STDs are asymptomatic I became really concerned about having one.
I have no symptoms at all, my period is normal and I did recently a routine urine test with 3-5 WBC and few bacteria. WBC count in my CBC was normal. Could I by any chance have an STD after all that time.
I did an ultrasound recently and my pelvic organs were good.
I would really appreciate your insights since STDs testing is widely stigmatized in my culture.

It is possible to have STIs without any symptoms, but if you've had no sex and no symptoms for 1.5 years, then it seems very unlikely that you'd have an STI, especially if your ex-boyfriend was your only sexual partner.
Which country (or region or culture) are you in btw?
