it feels somewhat large its one single blister on right side labia hurts sore itchy i have the urge to pop it but it hurts too much please help

Bartholin cyst maybe .
Before doctors and surgeons in the old times it was solved by placing a very warm egg on it until the head opened and it emptied , but these day go to a gyno and she will cut it to empty it.

it just leaked a bunch of puss out like a pimple almost im going to take a shower is it normal for it to break open by itself does it heal by itself? ive had this happen a fee times before also
