Having one of the worst nite possible. 3 hrs under panic attack. Can u believe it. My stomach n chest fill with burning. Palpitations n fear. Cant cope. Cant sleep

If you are my suggestion will be useless...but for the sleep. Melatonin is wonderful for sleep it is sold in the vitamin isle in the US.
It is taken about 45 minutes before you want to sleep...takes away anxiety...and believe me I know about anxiety. And you drift easily into sleep, sleep well and wake up refreshed. If you ARE in the UK I would ask the Dr. for a prescription.
In the US a child can go in and buy me a bottle...its harmless...I don't know why it is a prescription in the UK...I need to google that.

Destraction helps like keeping the mind busy. I try reading cross words and excersise is meant to be really good for mood
