I had rashes on my penis head but it went after some days and then a wound appeared on the head again. Any help on how to treat? I applied oil from garlic cos I was told it kills the bacteria in the wound but since application, the wound has become even more serious and almost approaching the tip of my penis. Help pls.

Go to the dermatologist now ,or a STD center . You can apply neosporin on until they see you . Don't wait
