Years of jaw and ear pain

Hi! I am in urgent need of answers, it started about 3 years ago. I felt pain in my ear area and jaw area. Went to the docs, they did absolutely nothing. Here I am 3 years later with the same ear and jaw pain and constant ear ringing and popping! The only thing to relieve the pain is by taking anti inflammatory drugs like Advil however this only takes into effect for a short period of time. I don’t suffer from any headaches however I’ve noticed I get episodes of vertigo once a month usually before or during my menstrual cycle. The pain and ringing gets worse during my menstrual cycle and my jaw is constantly cracking and clicking! I went to an ENT specialist today, my hearing is 100% normal and a vertigo test was done on me! NO VERTIGO SIGNS. An MRI will be done but I’m very anxious it could be something life changing and threatening.
