Yeast infection? Please help!

here are the facts :

-woke up monday with an itchy vagina and slight discharge image

-tuesday this "blister" appeared

  • havent had sex in over 1 year/ havent used any toys that could hurt me
  • since then ive been a little itchy, sore and it stings when I pee
  • my previous sexual partners have been tested -no stds
