Yellow head spot that keeps coming back

Hiya All

I was wondering if anyone could help me, I had a yellow head spot come up about 6 weeks ago under my right nostril I popped it and then it went after a couple of days, but every week since then it comes back up I pop it, it goes away for a few days and then it comes back again.  I have no idea what to try or use so it goes away for good I don't really want to trouble the doctor with it but not sure what else to do.

Any suggestion would be appreciated.
