Hello! Sorry for being so descriptive. I suffered from bright yellow diarrhoea for at least 3 weeks with stomach pains all that. Then last Thursday (10 days ago) suffered from what I assume was a gallbladder attack, all the same pains exact locations yadda yadda. (I suffered 2 attacks the other the following morning at 4 am while I was asleep.) Anyways knowing this I completely changed my diet to 1/2 to 1 scoop of oats (Normal serving is 2 scoops) with a mashed banana boiled in water for breakfast, most days I could not eat it all. Dinner would be soup which was 3 carrots, bit of broccoli and 1 chicken breast boiled in ginger and water with 1 bullion cube for at least an hour. I would eat half a bowl for the first 2 days. I also added in a couple (2-4 a day) of “oat cakes” they are just plain oat crackers After the 3rd day. No sugar, extremely low fat. That is all. My stool is still yellow but has bulked up slightly. I decided to Water fast today and tomorrow but today again I got watery yellow stool, no fat in the toilet bowl. My question is, is this still a symptom of gallstones despite eating no fat for over a week and fasting today? Still on lockdown here and the hospitals will not see patients unless they have a cold. Thanks for the feedback.
My thinking is either gallstones, pancreatitis, bile acid malabsorption, or idk what anymore. i did have gastric bypass done 15-16 years ago, i was extremely young, too young, and my family somewhat egged me into getting it, had barely even hit 20. Two years after and my body has just went to hell. So I have been dealing with a lot of issues for 10+ years. Any help would be appreciated. just not sure if gallstones would still cause yellow diarrhoea a week + after not eating fats.
