Yet to be diagnosed - scared and sick of dealing with this?

Hi,

i'm 18, and have symptoms, such as frequent/looser bowel movements, hand tremors, visible heartbeat, which vary, along with other symtoms such as anxiety. I believe my symptoms began to show up last M

    Please have the confidence to get a diagnosis. This illness can make you feel anxious and lose confidence so if you can be quite assertive and get your needs met you can begin treatment. It is hard to remain calm when needing something from your G.P. but do make that appointment. I did ,and am on the road to recovery.

      Yes, I don't have much confidence to get a diagnosis especially with anxiety which has gotten much worse when symptoms started and I am quite fearful of doctors offices as well so that doesn't help! Thank you for your good wishes and support 😀
