Yogurt insert

So I was wondering if Greek yogurt grade A nonfat was okay to use ? The ingredients is filtered ultrafiltered nonfat milk , cultured skim milk , natural flavor , vitamin A palmitate , vitamin D3 , and active cultures with L acidophilus and B . bifidum . I also bought some garlic but I don't have any gauze how would I be able to insert it without them? I have dealt with this for a while and have gone to the doctor they gave me medication but the weird smell still came back . Along with a stinging uncomfortable feeling when I pee . Which is not letting me sleep. Please help.

    No! Do not insert. The preservatives can damage your vagina really bad!

      Are you sure? As even the Nurse said I could insert Yogurt and Drs. Though unfortunately its never done nothing for me.
