Zoloft and weird heavy head feeling

Hello I started taking Zoloft three weeks ago I was on Effexor for years and it started not working. The first two weeks they had me on 50 mg of Zoloft and 75 mg of Effexor ER. Last week they upped my doses of Zoloft to 100mg and decreased Effexor to 37.5mg. The first two weeks I seem to handle the Zoloft and didn’t feel that weird. The past week I have felt more depression and just felt really out of it. I feel like my head feels heavy and I just don’t know if this is normal. I called my doctor and they told me to continue taking  The medication, I have five more days left of the Effexor and then call them and let them know how I’m feeling. I’ve read a lot of reviews that Zoloft can cause side effects when you do increases, is this normal and does anyone have any advice? I will say I am sensitive to medication and I’m very In tune with my body so I overthink how I feel.
