Been on generic 18 days, feeling better...but worse. That make sense? Having severe headaches, bad stomach...and heughtened anxiety where I am more in my head greaking out in case i freak out lol...but I'm not actually panicking...will this pass

I think we’ve been replying to each other on a few of these forums lol! Anyways... I’m on the 7th week at 75mg. I’m still stuck in my own head and currently having every day headaches - BUT I’m noticing slight changes every day. I’m waiting until the 8 week mark to increase my dose but from what I’ve heard, 8 weeks is usually the magic spot. Hang in there!
