A delicious summer staple that can be enjoyed all year round.

A perfect dessert for after a BBQ, or for entertaining guests. Make sure to pre-soak the fruit in cold water to ensure maximum taste and sweetness!

Ingredients

  • Black grapes
    250g 9oz
  • Juice of 2 limes
    30ml 1fl oz
  • 2 kiwi fruit
    150g 5oz
  • 1 large orange
    210g 7.4oz
  • Strawberries
    227g 8oz

Cooking Method

  1. Wash the grapes and strawberries thoroughly. Peel the orange and the kiwi.
  2. Cut the end off the strawberries before chopping them into quarters. Throw them into a large bowl.
  3. Dice the kiwi into chunks and add to the bowl. Halve the grapes and add them too.
  4. Drizzle over half the lime juice. Gently toss the fruits to mix them all up.
  5. Place the fruit salad in the fridge for 20 minutes or until you are ready to serve.
  6. Serve the fruit salad into four small bowls, adding the orange chunks at the last minute. Finish with the other half of the lime juice.
