One of the most important things I've learned in professional sport is that you never actually stop learning. People more senior and even more junior than you always have the capacity to surprise you with information and advice that can make a difference to you - be it mentally, physically or spiritually. Naturally, in sport this is especially true with regard to health and fitness.

The backroom staff at Bath have a wide range of skills and knowledge that they impart on us players in order to keep us in peak condition but that doesn't really mean that this information is only relevant if you play top-level rugby. Understanding how best to look after yourself is key for anybody wanting to improve their health - young or old, uninitiated or experienced.

Because of this, on Wednesday 23rd October at 2pm-3pm GMT I'll be doing a Q&A session live on, answering all your questions about health, fitness and exercise.
