Ingredients for Limonada de coco
360 ml coconut milk, unsweetened
180 ml lime juice, freshly squeezed (from about 10 limes)
90 g caster sugar
720 g ice cubes
How to make Limonada de coco
Add all the ingredients to a blender.
Blend until fully liquid.
If the mixture is too thick to pour, add up to 80 ml of cold water and blend again until smooth.
Serve immediately with straws.
