15 ml olive oil, plus more for drizzling
12 Medjool dates, pitted
570 ml vanilla ice cream
15 g mint leaves, torn if large
flaky sea salt
How to make 3-ingredient seared dates with vanilla ice cream and mint
Heat 15 ml of oil in a medium frying pan over medium heat until shimmering.
