Ingredients for Nutella grilled cheese
30 g nutella
4 slices white sandwich bread
60 g shredded mild cheddar, Monterey Jack, or mozzarella cheese
30 g unsalted butter, divided
How to make Nutella grilled cheese
Spread Nutella evenly over 2 slices of bread.
Top each slice with cheese, then place the remaining 2 slices of bread on top to form sandwiches.
Heat 15 g of butter in a large frying pan over medium heat until melted.
Place the sandwiches in the frying pan and cook, turning once, while adding the remaining 15 g of butter halfway through.
Cook until the bread is golden brown and the cheese has melted, about 4–6 minutes.
