Country Cousins introduce carers throughout the UK to clients requiring support to remain living in their own home. Care is provided by a live-in 'cousin' carer for periods of convalescence or respite, holidays or longer term care.

Clients needs differ greatly but generally fit into one of the following levels of care.

    • Home Support:
      • Meal preparation
      • Light housework
      • Shopping
      • Home administration
      • Personal laundry
      • Companionship

Home Support & Care

    - the above plus:
    • Help with washing and dressing
    • Help into the bath or shower
    • Continence care
    • Help to prepare for bed
    • Assistance with medication
  • Home Support & Advanced Care - for those clients who require a greater degree of personal care in order to remain in their own homes. This can be due to terminal illness, stroke and more advanced Parkinson's or Alzheimer's Disease.
