Booking GP appointments, ordering repeat prescriptions, and viewing your record online

Your surgery must be signed up for Patient Access for you to be able to participate.

You can register in two ways: ask at your surgery reception and they will provide you with a letter with instructions on how to register, or register online.

If you are experiencing problems with Patient Access:

a) Visit the status page to see if there are any known problems with Patient Access.
b) Go to the support website to find answers to common questions.
c) Contact your practice for advice. If they're unable to help, they'll be able to raise a support query.
