Hemorrhoid botox injection surgery

hi , I got surgery yesterday , and all day today I've been in a lot of pain trying to have a bowel movement and have had to stop myself because it's too painful. I have laxatives but they don't seem to be taking effect , was wondering if any one has had this surgery and if they had trouble getting a toilet the next day. I've also had bleeding and very small blood clots when I wipe.

I appreciate any advice regarding the above, thanks!!
