(PICTURES) urethral pain and inflammation

For the past week or so i've had pain in /around my vagina. two days ago I started using monistat 7 suspecting it was a yeast infection, and it feels much better down there. however, i was looking with a mirror and noticed redness and irritation as well as strange fleshy bits on my urethra.

my stomach has been hurting a bit for nearly 5 days with general malaise as well.

it does not hurt when I pee, though its uncomfortable to hold it.

for the first day or two cleaning myself with water in the shower stung badly, but no longer hurts and honestly the water feels comfortable and soothing now. does anyone know what this is???
