10 Years After Vats and Pleurodesis, My Lung Seems to Be Coming Unglued

I had vats and pleurodesis on left side ten years ago after too many pneumos. I've had two on the right side but they were almost twenty years apart, so I'm not worried about that. I am very active, run, workout, and haven't had any problems for the whole period after the procedure until a few months ago. I experienced the familiar symptoms of a pneumo, and went into ER, where they told me I had a resolvable collapse and didn't need a procedure. But they also told me that my pleura were no longer stuck together at the bottom of my lung.

I had a painful recovery, a lot of pain as something happened between the pleura. Not sure if my lung was sticking back or actually becoming accustomed to being partially disconnected from outer pleura. Yesterday on a run, I experienced intense pain on my left side, but not the way I u sually do during a pneumo. The symptoms of constant pain that doesn't vary with respiration in shoulder and back wasn't there, just this acute pain under my armpit and under my chest, in a band that reaches around to my back. I can feel pleural sliding and sounds when I breathe in and when I move my left side. The pain isn't unbearable for now. I just don't know what to do and know most doctors won't know either. Anyone have any experience or insights?
