11 Days post Cartiva Implant

Hi there,

I had a Cartiva Implant and bone shave on 03/11/2021 in the uk, i am 35 years old, i was diagnosed with severe degenerative arthritis is my right big toe and was told this was my only option apart from a full fusion.

Pressure bandaging was removed one week in and i was amazed how much everything was healing, scar is so neat and hardly any swelling!!

However I'm really struggling to get the toe to bend. Is this normal so early into recovery and am i just putting to much pressure on myself too soon?
