2,5 months after gallbladder, nausea, possible reflux

I'm currently just a little over 2 months after my gallbladder removal surgery. From my understanding it was not simply a removal of the gallbladder due to forming gallstones but my gallbladder was covered in scar tissue adhered to the abdominal wall from several past inflammations. After the surgery I experienced several ups and downs. For example, I felt great for 14 days then symptoms returned for a longer period. I'm in a loop of flare-ups which feel like having a flu (body weakness, body aches) with digestion that feels uncomfortable sometimes it feels like burning from my belly button up to my esophagus. No bitter taste or acid coming to my mouth. Dull pain in my intestines which can only be described as uncomfortable. Through the night I suffer from belly aches which feel like burning. And If I get too hungry through the night I start belching. I cannot eat before bed or during the night as I have to stay upright if I eat. It all sounds like I have some bile reflux or acid reflux but my doctor will not prescribe me any medication until I am seen by a GI specialist. To see a GI specialist in my country takes 4 months! I have no idea what to do, I feel so ignored and angry. I am currently only on a probiotic since I do not significantly feel any relief from taking digestive enzymes, or any other holistic potions. Sometimes over the counter antacids work but not always. If anyone can share some experience with me, I would be so grateful right now. Some advice would be greatly appreciated. Did this get better for you? I'm female 35, 49kg barely holding on to the remaining weight.
