20 days passed depressed know...what should I do doctor diagnos HSP to my 6 years old daughter.

I am from India Punjab my daughter currently facing problems like abdominal pain, joint pain, vomiting, she is feeling rest less all the day. Doctor advised to take rest for 4-6 weeks. No medicine given by doctor.

All tests done one time and found okay. No kidney related issues seen in tests. But my daughter still not well after 20 days. She is not eating anything. Now her legs is clear no rashes seen. What can I do she was feeling tired and lying on bed all the time
