23 and scared to death I have colon cancer

Since March I’ve had problems will my digestive issues and bowel issues. This all started in late February when I had to urge to pee but it gradually became a different issue. I have a bowel movement what feels like everyday which means my food is passing through my intestines fast. I’ve been diarrhea lately and gas but those symptoms have been lingering since March like I said. I never have stomach cramps or pain, maybe occasionally burning sensation that go aways. Even after I have a bowel movement I still feel like like I need to go. I’ve been telling myself it’s IBS but why would it go on this long? I got an X-ray and blood test in 2020 but that doesn’t mean anything I suppose image
