4.5 post Gall Bladder Removal pain worsens

It's been 4.5 years since my Gall Bladder has been removed. Over this time I have had increased right flank pain starting upper right abdomen under ribs and goes to my mid back right side. My entire abdomen will regular has some pain and now fairly regular. Tough to get a full nights sleep. I have had numerous blood test numerous types of imaging on abdomen and back, MRI's, CT scans, ultra sounds, XRAYS, and EGDs, always normal. No secondary symptoms like weight loss or appetite changes or anything else just pain. Laying down or sitting back seems to make back pain increase. I'm told I have IBS which tells me nothing. Back pain is the crusher. Never had this pain until my gall bladder was removed. Love to hear if anyone had any of these experiences. Buzz
