hi guys im chris and ive lost 42 pounds in 3 months.done lots of walking and 1500 cals a day.just want to lnow how others are doing.i want to start a walking club too.

    i lost a lot of fats too by simply having a daily routine of exercises and a balanced diet. Taking supplements are good fory body.

    Now, that's called a stunning weight loss-  42 pounds in 3 months! For last 3 months, I am counting my calories and it has helped me a lot! But, please share your Secret Exercises that Help in Rapid Weight Loss. I would love to follow that.
