6 weeks post TKR can’t sleep

i get restless keg which awakens me 3x/ minute followed by stiffness and 4/10 pain enough to keep you awake PT says im way ahead of the game with 123 degrees ROM

i wear a fitbit that averages 2.5-3 miles a day just from doing chores and half the exercises

im on around the clock 800 mg ibuprophen 3times a day and useless robaxin at night any duggestions is this normal? thinking of stopping ibuprophen unless i get severe pain but as a former nurse, i used to tell my patients " the relief of psin promotes healing"

is it ok to not medicate prophalactically?

    icing help me sleep better at night. it can be tricky to sleep when pain or other issues wake us up.

    also put your knee up on a pillow to keep it elevated helps. to stay in control of your healing journey ...take time away from over doing... just rest during most days. cant rush healing.
