Achilles tendon Tenex recovery timeline

Hi - I had Tenex procedure on my achilles (midpoint severe tendonosis) 5 weeks ago. Still in some pain daily. Ive had the tendon problems for over 18 months and tried PT, injections but nothing helped.

The surgery removed a bunch of scar tissue that developed over time. Surgery went well; I was in a cast for 2 weeks. They removed the cast and now I wear a boot with wedges

Im using a scooter mostly then put the boot on for at least half the day. I cant walk but can stand without discomfort. Curious about other peoples experience with Tenex or tendon debridement.
