hi everyone
has anyone had ACR. now post op 6 weeks and ho my god the ache is killing me.
.
now keeping me up all night as well . only way to stop the ache is to stretch the joint.
.
has any one had this operation and what was your recovery time line and aches and wowes.
.
help me here its pulling me down now.
