ADVICE NEEDED please! extremely worried and anxious about my symptoms

Started noticing the skin on my labia/vulvar changing around 6 months ago. It's got progressively worse, the skin has thickened, gone dry, wrinkly and sometimes is red and inflamed. At first i thought i had constant thrush because of the serere itchiness but thrush treatment never worked. After doing some research online I believe I could have LS? I had an issue in the past with HPV when i was around 18 and ive heard this can cause it. I feel like my vagina doesnt even look like my vagina anymore due to the thickening and wrinkles and overall change of appearance. I am only 25. I am really worried about the opening/inside of my vagina if my case could even be vulvar cancer? I'm going to book an appointment but driving myself insane with anxiety and wanted some advice or support from anyone that has experienced these symptoms and if this does look bad or if i am overthinking - thanks - photos attached
