Almost exactly 1 year after appendectomy pain

Hi, I had a laparoscopic appendectomy late July last year and the far upper right scar aches when I'm laughing, coughing, etc. It went well and I was out 24 hours after the surgery, I started to experience a small bit of pain during cold weather in april or so and shook it off simply as muscle pain.

Although when I woke up this morning I noticed what I mentioned in the previous paragraph and obviously I'm really paranoid that it's stump appendicitis, honestly while I'm writing this I am thinking about going to the ER because of it. I feel like I'm over thinking this but I want to know if I'm just overthinking this or if anyone else has experienced something like this before.
