Am I completely broken? So many issues I don't know which section to post in!!!

So for the past 18 months on and off I've suffered from what I only describe as dizziness which feels like I'm floating or moving (but not spinning). In the past 3 months it has been constant, mixed with persistent ringing in my head, as well as regular bouts of nausea and headaches (not specific to any area and rarely crushing).

As we as this, I can occasional heart palpitations, mild discomfort in chest, squeezing pressure in left arm and some back ache.

I've seen a cardiologist and whilst my symptoms were mild at that time, ultra-sounds found my heart and valves to be in perfect working order.

I've seen an ENT consultant and my hearing is 20/20, no pressure build up, and balance is fine (despite the floating feeling in my head).

I have an MRI to come and will be getting my eyes tested next week.

I can cope with most things but the dizziness and nausea all the time is punishing and I rarely function well. What I don't struggle with is exercise, that is fine, and I eat a well balanced diet (don't drink, smoke or take drugs).

All I get from the doctor is "you must be stressed" (Citalopram has so far not worked in 3 weeks).
