Amitriptyline deprescribing (withdrawal) win stories?

I've been on 10mg daily for about two years, but since Jan 2023 I've been admitted to a&e three times for urinary retention no doctors have picked up on this being a possible effect of my meds!

I've read loads of horror stories on here, and appreciate the journey off might be hard but wondered if anyone would be here to share a positive outcome? I need some hope!
