Recently diagnosed with Hemiplegic Migraine and currently on 20mg Amitriptyline and it knocks me out about an hour to two hours after taking it. iI work 12 hour night shifts caring for sick patients will I be able to take Amnitriptyline and stay awake? Is it advisable to do night shifts on this medication?
