Amitriptyline withdraw (Cold turkey after 10 days)

Hello,

I was prescribed amitriptyline for tension headaches at the end of september. After 10 days of taking it I started to have palputations and tarchadyia. I stopped cold turkey after 7 days on 10mg and 3-4 days on 20Mg. For the entirety of october I started having panic attacks, the chills, feeling confused/disassociated and my mood was all over the place. My doctor didnt think it was this drug but ive never had these issues or symptoms before. now half way into November my anxiety and attitude has gotten better, bit still have what I call now spurt anxiety attacks and random bursts of tarchadyia . Did anyone else experience this after such a short usage or does anyone have tips on how to cope and how much longer this will last. I was cleared to be fine by a cardiologist and my Gp has been no help.
