ANA blood results taking 4+ weeks is this normal?

Hi everyone, I have had raised ALT levels for no apparent reason and have had a liver autoantibodies screen done but its been 4 weeks now with no sign of the results back. I've spoken to my doctor who said tests are still underway, but from what I've read everyone else usually gets them back after a week or 2. Has anyone else had this issue and does it mean that the test was positive if its taking longer? I'm fed up with waiting now as my symptoms are getting me down and everyday is a struggle.
