Anal discomfort is ruining my life

I try now here, because I am now very desperate. I have been suffering from a very unpleasant feeling in the area between my buttocks for over 2 years now, which I unfortunately can't describe very well.

It is not an itching, burning or oozing sensation. It can be described more as a dull dry tingling sensation. It feels like I am permanently sitting on a brush or sandpaper or something.

Maybe it also resembles a bit of numbness, but it's not really one. I can worsen this feeling when I contract my buttocks or tense them.

In any case, there is this permanent restlessness around the anal area that drives me completely crazy. It is worst when I am sitting for a long time, but it is actually there in every posture. I have already been to several doctors.

A gastroenterologist, 2 proctologists, a Neurologist and a dermatologist. None of them could detect anything and I always hear that everything is fine.

I have tried various creams and sitz baths, but nothing really seems to help, which kind of makes sense when the skin doesn't seem to be irritated at all. The feeling only seems to be better when the skin between the buttocks is not touching, or when I am in the water, for example.

One assumption I had was that it might have something to do with hair growth. Because Once it was good for a while after a shave, however, that also does not always work.

Furthermore, the doctor said that it can have absolutely nothing to do with it. Nevertheless, I am still holding on to it and am considering having the hair lasered away.

In the meantime, I just really don't know what to do anymore. This feeling is permanent and ruins everything for me, because I can't really relax anymore and everything feels really uncomfortable.

Like literally having bumblebees in my butt. So if anyone has any advice or ideas I would be very grateful as I just want my quality of life back.

(Once I was at my general practitioner and she had found a

reddening of the skin, but this disappeared after some time, but the feeling did not. It's all just very strange and extremely exhausting).

I've been dealing with exactly this feeling for a long time now. I've noticed it gets worse when I drink a lot of coffee or have certain spices.

Have seen a doctor as well but so far no positive results.

Please share if you discover any causes or solutions.
