Anal itching

hi im looking for some advice. i have anal itching for as long as i can remember(and im now 34) in my early 20's i went to a doctor who sent me for a camera in the anal passage as he felt lots of piles. i was too scared so never went so lived with the condition since. i have itching but also sometimes mucus like liquid from the passage at time. i have also over the past two years been diagnosed with genital warts which i thought have made the itch worse and since my skin is in a bad way i feel they have made them worse and because the skin is bad the warts spread easily. When diagnosed with warts the doctor took a swab and said there was bacteria "strep c" and prescribed antibiotics which hasnt stopped anything does anyone know anything about this? Also I have like a lump hanging out of my anal passage for the past few years which i think is an external pile any advice on how to get rid of this or what to do? its difficult with the covid situation to get an appointment. As you can see ive not been thag lucky with my anus my whole life lol
